No complaints, the venue met all requests. The location was absolutely perfect, adjacent to restaurants and shopping, and Timberlake, Timberlake Tavern and the highway to downtown and Liberty University and easily accessible.

The hotel staff was a bit rude.

the location was particularly good and the services were excellent. though some of the staff were kind of rude, i had a such great stay. the a single room was spacious and delightful, perfect for my needs.

The hotel was beautifully kept and absolutely amazing with free wifi. Our room was modern, updated. The staff was extremely polite and incredibly nice, offered excellent services. Marvellous and nice location on a local event, met all requests.

The location is favourable, not far from the Bedford Christmas parade and the outskirts of Lynchburg and Timberlake.

The room was newly renovated and large, had climate control and TV set, I liked it. I had a nice bed and a large bathroom. The service was excellent, that made the hotel well-kept and nice place. As I noticed, working of free Wi-Fi throughout the property was OK😃

The hotel was just next door to the outskirts of Lynchburg and Timberlake, Timberlake Tavern and the highway to downtown and Liberty University and the services thanks to its unbeatable location. The staff were nice and courteous, and the services were EXCELLENT.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

We booked a room for an overnight trip during a college visit road trip. The staff was friendly, and the rates were reasonable. The breakfast was good, and they even offered to fill my coffee container to go. The room itself was clean and comfortable, despite the hotel being older. Although there was a slight musky smell in the bathroom, everything was well-maintained. I had a pleasant stay at Timberlake Motel and would recommend it to others.

Sad; this place is a dive!

It was spotless - inside and out. Much nicer ameneties at Timberlake than at some of the top of line resort hotels we stayed in on the same trip. Staff was helpful and extremely nice and polite.

The value for money at this motel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our plans, and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options to choose from.

It was close to the event we were attending - that is the only good thing about it.

The entire place - including the "non-smoking" room we booked reeked of cigarette smoke. Our things were in the room for a mere 15 hours and all of it was completely saturated with the smell of stale cigarettes by the time we left. The hot breakfast they advertise was a display a dry cereals with no milk, and a waffle Iron but no batter (we did not arrive exceptionally late or exceptionally early to breakfast). With in 24 hours of returning home we were both sick - I don't find that to be a coincidence.

Price and location to Lynchburg.

Adequate, breakfast was minimal. Air conditioning was a little loud.

The location of the hotel was easy to find and was convenient for our visit. Also, when we arrived early, the manager allowed us to check-in at any time, which was a nice surprise. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The bathroom had a musky smell and despite requesting extra towels for the second day, they were not provided. Additionally, the check-in desk only had one person working, which resulted in long lines and a 15-minute wait to be served.
